Ms. Karen goes above and beyond. She helped make me a custom dressage saddle for my horse Zephyr. Not only did she take into account Zephyr’s needs, but she was able to design a saddle that worked for me as a para rider. The confidence I gained with a saddle designed specifically for me was unmatched. Throughout the entire process Ms. Karen was educating me and supporting me! I would recommend Ruby Roo and her adult size saddles from Borne Saddlery to everyone!

We absolutely love everything

We absolutely love everything about Ruby Roo. From the saddle pads, bonnets and of course the saddles everything is top tier quality. Our saddle is the most comfortable, beautifully detailed saddle we have ever owned. Ruby Roo leaves no details missed! Highly recommend!

Affordable, custom and secure!

As a mom of two young, growing girls who love eventing finding an affordable and balanced saddle that keeps them secure in the tack isn’t easy! Ruby Roo is the only child sized saddle company that I found that makes an adjustable monoflap saddle that fits the pony and the child! The custom color options and the velcro cantle pieces are the icing on the cake!

The best pony and kid saddles you will find on the market. We have had to fit all shapes and sizes over the years and Karen and her team at RubyRoo always finds us a high quality affordable option. We can’t say enough great things about this company and the impact they have had on our riding experience.

Hayden loves the comfort of her Joey Eventing Saddle! The fact that it is a monoflap design is one of our favorite features, and the easy change gullets makes it a quick switch to fit to your pony.

We’ve seen such an improvement in her riding since using the saddle and we get many questions about where we got it during her events. We even met another young rider with it in passing at an event!

In our opinion, it’s one of the best eventing saddles on the market for kids and the colors are so fun

I love our Ruby Roo saddles The leather is soft and supple. the saddle is lightweight enough for my daughter to carry by herself. and the removable velcro blocks are another fantastic feature to aid in proper leg positioning.

As far as fit, the saddle came with several adjustable gullet plates and wool flocking to get that perfect angle and fit for our pony. Finally, the velcro cantle piece is my daughter's favorite feature and we can switch to any color for schooling or showing.

Ruby Roo has the best customer service and products by far!

There are so many things we like about Ruby Roo Saddles, but I would name just a few things that made us become a real fan of this brand. The mix of quality, comfort, safety, fun designs, and affordable pricing make their saddles, halters, and saddle pads our favorites above all other brands.

We have been enjoying our Ruby Roo Saddles around 2 years now and we could not be happier to have found a brand that really understands what parents and their little riders need. It's hard to beat their Customer Service! I highly recommend Ruby Roo Saddles.

I highly recommend Ruby Roo Saddles My daughter's riding has really improved significantly in these saddles. We have both the Hunter Show Saddle and the Dressage Saddle and our pony is so much happier with the fit.

Interchangable gullet plates, super soft and supple cowhide, with interchangeable cantle pieces really won us over! You will not regret investing in a Ruby Roo.

Ruby Roo's customer service sets itself apart from any other tack shop. I was very happy to work with Karen on getting my daughter a new saddle as her knowledge of saddle fitting (24 years!) ensured the saddle was a proper fit for my horse and daughter. The personalized aspect of the whole experience made it nice and easy to get what we needed!
