4. Program Terms & Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms of the Trade In / Trade Up:

• This trade-in applies only to Ruby Roo Saddles products purchased directly from Ruby Roo Saddles.

• My saddle must be traded in within 2 years of the original purchase date.

• Trade-in value will be determined by Ruby Roo Saddles based on the condition of the saddle as received, and may differ from any preliminary estimate if the saddle's condition does not match the photos and description provided.

• Trade-in credit is issued as store credit only and is not redeemable for cash. Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• I understand I may receive an additional 5% credit if a Ruby Roo Farm book is purchased at the time of trade-in.

• I understand my traded-in saddle must be received and inspected by Ruby Roo Saddles before store credit is issued.

• I will use the prepaid shipping label provided by Ruby Roo Saddles to return my saddle within 30 days of receiving it.

• I understand that saddles with significant wear, damage, or safety issues beyond "Good" condition are not eligible for trade-in credit.

• I am permitted one active trade-in at a time, and this saddle may not be traded in again by a subsequent owner.

• This program is currently available to customers in the United States only.
